**About Us**

At **Euromind**, we are specialists in managing international mobility programs, supporting students and teachers from all over Europe in unique educational experiences.
We take care of the entire process — from coordination with training centers to local logistics (internships, accommodation, and cultural activities) — so that participants can focus on what really matters: learning, growing, and discovering new places.

To ensure this comprehensive experience, we directly manage student residences and tourist apartments in **Seville, Malaga, and Setúbal**, offering safe, modern, and functional spaces that support the quality of our programs and the comfort of our clients.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Mission of the position**:
**Key duties include**:

- Comprehensive management of European training programs: designing schedules and programs, coordinating transport services, cultural activities, documentation, etc.
- Monitoring students’ internship progress according to established quality standards.
- Translation and interpretation of documents or situations involving teachers and students.
- Preparation of content for social media (Facebook, Instagram).
- Organization and participation in cultural activities or excursions.
- Providing support and assistance to students regarding any questions or incidents during their stay.

**Essential Requirements**
- High level of **Spanish, English, and Polish** (spoken and written).
- Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Office package**.
- Valid **driving license (category B)**.
- Availability to work **weekends**, according to the shift calendar.
- Availability for **night emergency management** on a rotational basis.

**Academic Background**
- University degree, preferably in **Humanities and/or Tourism**.

**Previous Experience**
- Experience in **customer service** will be valued.
- Previous experience in **international environments** (through studies, work, or volunteering) will be highly appreciated.

**What We Offer**
- **Permanent full-time contract.**:

- **Annual gross salary**: €16,575.96 + performance bonus + €180/month gross availability allowance.
- **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability according to shifts.
