**THE ROLE**

The scope of work of the SE&SI Expert includes:

- Analysis of client requirements.
- Production of overall railway systems concept design with overall architecture, specifications and interfaces definition.
- Preparation of tender documents for projects.
- Support to the client during tender phase for tender specification, tender supervision, tender proposal evaluation, etc.
- Production of railway system engineering management plans.
- Production of railway system integration and interface management plans.
- Production of interface matrix.
- Production of interface control documents.
- Ensure railway systems are properly interfaced and integrated.
- Support the client for design review, manufacturing / upgrade / renovation, Factory Acceptance Test and site installation.
- Support the client for testing and commissioning phase.

The SE&SI Expert may work on several tender and projects simultaneously.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**

**EDUCATION**:
Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

**EXPERIENCE**:
At least 10 years’ experience as a Railway Engineer, minimum 5 years’ experience in System Engineering and System Integration.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Knowledge of railway systems and their interfaces.
- Knowledge of system engineering and integration.
- Knowledge of integrated railway system T&C
- International project experience and exposure with understanding of work in multicultural environment
- Ability to work in a team within multicultural and multinational environment.
- Ability to coordinate international teams remotely.
- Ability to travel abroad for short mission to visit client or for projects.
- Fluent in Spanish and English both spoken and written.
- Proficient in French would be a plus.
