Launched in 2013, ManoMano is the reference online marketplace for DIY, home improvement and gardening. Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 2 600 seller partners and 7,5 million products, ManoMano currently employs 600 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

**Role Summary**
The Growth Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for ManoMano by negotiating and managing the **onboarding of new top sellers**, and **optimizing the performance of existing promising sellers**. This position requires strong negotiation, relationship management, and data analytics skills to identify opportunities and maximize seller’s potential. Additionally, the Growth Account Manager ensures seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new top prospect sellers, contributing to ManoMano's profitability goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **New Business**
- ** Top Prospect Negotiation**: Hunt and Close contracts with strategic sellers, ensuring alignment with ManoMano's goals and standards.
- ** Onboarding & Support**: Oversee the onboarding process and maintain proactive support for new sellers, ensuring successful integration and performance for a period of 60 to 180 days.
- **Existing Business**
- ** Re-engagement Seller Portfolio Management**: Manage and grow a portfolio of 25 sellers focusing on enhancing sales performance through catalog (price, selection & stock, participation in promotional activities and revenue generation (MF, Sponsored Products).
- **Performance Monitoring**: Utilize analytical tools (-Qlik, Snowflake) to monitor seller metrics and build Short/Mid Term action plan to reach targets
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (SeSu, Sales Ops, Pim, Quality and Marketing) to optimize strategies and enhance seller performance across platforms.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular reports on seller performance metrics, including BV, sponsored products budget, and multi-platform activity.
**Profile**requirements**:
- ** Driven by performance**: You are motivated by achieving sales targets and are skilled at analyzing performance data to create action plans that ensure success. Advanced proficiency in **GSheets**, **Excel**, and **Qlik** is required. **SQL** knowledge is a plus.
- ** Exceptional communication skills**: You possess strong written and oral communication abilities, enabling you to report and influence at high levels, both internally and with key seller management.
- ** Understanding of e-commerce**: You have a strong interest in the DIY sector and a solid grasp of e-commerce challenges.
- ** Business acumen**: You have a strong business sense, constantly seeking ways to innovate and identify new growth opportunities.
- ** Negotiation**: You bring strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing top-tier deals with strategic sellers.
- ** Adaptable and resilient**: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can navigate through ambiguity and constant change with ease.
- Fluency in **Spanish &** **English**(both written and spoken) is mandatory.
