- We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager Operational Due Diligence to support our Luxembourg department in charge of the due diligences focused on fund administrators and depositaries._
- Key Responsibilities:_- Lead and support operational due diligence assignments with the focus on depositaries and fund administrators_- Lead and support on-site visits_- Prepare fund´s board reports within the agreed timelines_- Liaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of control framework_- Analyze financial statements, structure charts, organizational charts, licenses, KPIs, SOC reports_- Identify key issues with service providers_- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development_- Maintain clear documentation and follow processes_- Recommend enhancements to due diligence workflows and tools_- Support with ad hoc projects_
- Required Qualifications:_- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar_- 3 - 5 years work experience in due diligence, audit, or similar_- Experience in a Luxembourgish AIFM is an asset_
- Skills & competencies:_- Strong analytical skills_- Strong written and verbal communication in English is a must_- High attention to detail and critical thinking_- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines_- Proficiency in MS Office_- Working autonomously_
