The IQVIA Global Enterprise Data & Analytics team is currently looking for a Reporting Support intern, who will assist the Analytics & Reporting team with the creation of PBI dashboards and maintenance & support activities of released projects.

**Requirements**:
Current student of Finance, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.
Knowledge on PowerBI or other BI tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL will be a plus.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English is essential (written and oral). Certificate will be considered a plus.
Customer service skills.
Ability to follow instructions/guidelines.
Ability to prioritize based on predefined framework.

**Responsibilities**:
**Monitoring of existing solutions**: Assure the published reports and dashboards are working and updating correctly.

**Access governance in Power BI**: Grant/remove access to workspaces, set roles for users.
Schedule dashboard and report updates.
Perform minor maintenance tasks to the existing dashboards.
Give assistance when creating basic dashboards and data models.
Provide basic trainings on Power BI to dashboard users
