**About the Role**
As our Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal and hands on role in ensuring that our hotel operates at the highest standard and exceeds guest expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facilities management operations, including:
- **Property maintenance and upkeep**: Ensuring the smooth running of our hotel's infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repairs.
- **Efficient operations and cost containment**: Implementing strategies to optimize resource utilization, reduce operating costs, and enhance overall financial performance.
- **Safety and security management**: Overseeing compliance with all safety regulations and implementing measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- **Team leadership and development**: Fostering a motivated and engaged team of facilities colleagues, ensuring their professional growth and development is managed accordingly.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management.
- Strong technical skills, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and vendors.
- Adherence to safety regulations, ensuring the well-being of staff and guests.
