**Summary**

We are seeking a Project Manager or Team Lead to oversee KYC transitions and lead delivery teams across geographies. Prior exposure to **FCC frameworks**and KYC regulations is highly desirable. This role includes planning, execution, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive end-to-end execution of KYC transition projects
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Manage a multi-location team of analysts and outreach staff
- Coordinate with FCC, compliance, technology, and client teams
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure delivery milestones are met as per SLAs
- Drive process improvements and standardization across teams and geographies

**Eligibility Requirements**
- 7+ years of project management or transition experience
- Strong understanding of Global KYC /AML Requirements and **FCC (Financial Crime Compliance)**regulations
- Experience managing outreach and screening processes (sanctions, PEP, adverse media)
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
