We want you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and be proud of your work. : **Misión**: Reducción de las pérdidas del proceso de fabricación eliminando los defectos en máquinas, trabajando en la disminución del número de averías y su duración y generando propuesta de mejoras, enfocadas a evitar la repetición de las mismas. Realización de actividades preventivas y predictivas sobre los equipos productivos de la fábrica. **KPI's** - Análisis, reparación y reporte de averías (BDE) - Cumplimiento de procedimientos y normas de trabajo (SEQ). - Realización de tareas de inspección preventiva/predictiva. (MPS) - Análisis e implementación de Propuestas de mejora (CM) - Módulo de grado superior / FP2 rama mecánica-electromecánica. - 5 años de experiência en diagnóstico, mantenimiento y reparación de maquinaria y/o instalaciones generales - Imprescindible experiência en alineaciones y ajustes de equipos mecánicos. - Conocimientos avanzados de neumática e hidráulica industrial. Interpretación de planos mecánicos y esquemas neumáticos e hidráulicos. - Conocimiento de seguridad en máquinas s/normativa. - Diagnóstico de averías eléctricas, cableado de motores, detectores y circuitos de pequeña complejidad. - Se valorará conocimientos de soldadura. - Con objeto de generar oportunidades de desarrollo, conocimientos y uso de inglés será valorado. **Competencias**: - Agilidad - Valentía - Pertenencia - Resolución de problemas - Planificacion y organización - Fomento de la colaboración en equipos multidisciplinares tanto con personal interno como externo. - Capacidad para formar al resto del equipo. - Capacidad de toma de decisiones en las puestas a punto. **MORE INFORMATION**: **We are looking forward to hearing from you** **DISCLAIMER**: Diversity and inclusion are a central part of Bridgestone EMIA’s values at the highest level.
