**About the role**:
**The FinOps Analyst** profile is a senior role reporting into the FinOps Center of Excellence. This person **examines cloud spending patterns, uncover hidden cost,** and pinpoint areas for savings. This person translates raw data into reports that drive decision making

**The FinOps Analyst** demonstrates mastery of tools and techniques for** analyzing large datasets.** Create financial models that accurately forecast cloud costs and assess the impact of various scenarios.

It is a must to have familiarity with the major cloud providers and their billing models. An eagle eye for detail is necessary to spot discrepancies and anomalies in data.

**What you'll do**:

- ** Examine cloud spending patterns.**:

- Uncover hidden costs - Arbitrage Management.
- ** Pinpoint areas for savings by account.**:

- Translate **raw data into reports**that drive decision-making.
- Deal Desk Repository Tracking.
- Global to Regional Funding and Billing Reconciliation.
- Global Reporting
- Global Link to the Regional Savings Specialists.

**What we're kindly looking for**:

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- ** FinOps Foundation Certification** - Preferred
- ** Azure or AWS Practitioner Certification** - Preferred
- Strong background in **finance**, with a focus on IT financial management
