**Global Payroll Regulatory Compliance Manager**

ADP is hiring a **Global Payroll Regulatory Compliance Manager**, supporting Global Payroll Operations for internal ADP associates and business. This role is critical in support of driving a continual state of global regulatory compliance with international and local laws within a highly complex and multi-country environment consisting of approximately 38 countries. In addition, providing a dynamic engagement towards developing products and solutions to successfully monitor and act against an ever-changing global regulatory landscape.

The Global Payroll Regulatory Compliance Manager will also engage and build highly impacting working relationships with end-to-end process stakeholders such as with Global Payroll Operations team, Regional Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Accounting, HR Compliance, and third-party partners is required. This role will also engage and act as a key liaison with global and regional partners to ensure the success of Global Payroll Operations and Global Human Resources Shared Services objectives. Lastly, this role be a key team member of turning insights into actionable recommendations and solutions.

This position is an individual contributor role and will be based at any Global ADP location and report directly to the Director, Global Tax and Compliance - Global Payroll Shared Services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Actively monitor global, regional, and country specific regulatory compliance requirements, perform analysis, construct recommendations, update or create new policies, practices or processes and validate via periodic reviews and audits for compliance adherence.
- Ensure that all ADP policies, practices, and processes follow global regulatory requirements.
- Manage the GRAMP - Global Regulatory Alert Management Program.
- Support ADP enterprise regulatory compliance programs and ensure alignment with Global HR and Payroll Shared Services.
- Daily, evaluate operational and compliance risk, while utilizing risk models and analysis to provide risk intelligence reports of any recommendations with enhanced visibility to leadership.
- In collaboration with Global Payroll Shared Services Quality Assurance team, develop and sustain a consistent state of global regulatory compliance audit readiness.
- Provide research and input to the yearly Global Payroll Regulatory Compliance Strategy.
- Build a strong internal network with global ADP stakeholders to provide updates and become the Point of Contact of any questions and queries.
- Identify opportunities to work with local country legislative leaders to improve or positively impact regulatory compliance requirements towards ADP.
- Engage where applicable representing ADP Global Payroll Shared Services as the Global Regulatory Compliance Affairs point of contact.
- Research, catalog and manage, per country a comprehensive matrix of all relevant global, regional, country, and local regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with regional and county stakeholders that all ADP processes and practices comply and are being executed as per regulatory compliance and ADP requirements.
- Provide weekly Global Regulatory Compliance Business Intelligence Reports.
- Actively engage with research and discovery of solutions with automating global regulatory monitoring program.
- Drive operational excellence in Global Regulatory Strategy & Policy through projects aimed to support collaboration and improve efficiency.
- Establish a new set of KPI's which support both enhanced reporting, but also provides critical data points to consistently focus on operational efficiency opportunities.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- 5+ years of experience with global country specific regulatory compliance.
- 2+ years of establishing risk mitigation and compliance control programs.
- Strategic thinker, able to analyze and determine risk, identify control gaps, while developing risk mitigation solutions.
- Proven ability to build partnerships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are being met from an end-to-end process and stakeholder aspect.
- Possesses and applies professional skills and knowledge in job related areas; keeps abreast of current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
- Project Management: Accomplishes project requirements by monitoring results, controlling resources, and modifying project plan.
