We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **HR Intern** to join our **Talent Acquisition team**. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within an international environment. The role is designed to provide a balanced experience, with 50% of the time focused on recruitment of interns and 50% dedicated to administrative back-office support. If you are eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about Human Resources, this position will allow you to develop key skills and contribute to impactful projects.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Support **recruitment processes for interns**, including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in **drafting job descriptions**, **offer letters**, and related **recruitment documentation**.
- Maintain accurate **recruitment trackers** using Excel.
- Provide **back-office administrative support** to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support **onboarding and pre-onboarding activities** for new interns when required.

**Required Education/ Qualifications/ Other Accreditations**
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- High level of English (minimum C1), both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data accurately.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international setting.
