International Repatriations Consultant

We employ a multilingual team of highly skilled and experienced professionals who provide international medical assistance and repatriation services.
We have customised the services we provide to protect the health of travellers, expatriates and employees on overseas assignments.
When a traveller falls ill, suffers an accident whilst overseas or requires any other travel or medical related help, our dedicated in-house teams of Doctors, Nurses, Paramedic and case managers are on hand 24/7/365.
These highly experienced specialists provide travellers with the highest quality of advice, support and assistance and an immediate response including repatriation and evacuation services.

Job Duties:

- To creatively support and understand our assistance needs to best offer professional advice to solve travel and transportation problems for our claimants.
- To provide travel, hotel, and train options based upon claimants’ medical requirements and corporate policy.
- Providing airline medical clearance procedures to International Case Manager and Linguists and Medical Team.
- Booking travel on Amadeus, accommodation on Expedia TAAP and trains on Trainline
- Issue boarding passes for low cost airlines (i.e. Easyjet, Ryan Air, Jet2, Norwegian, Flybe).
- Booking any special requirements (i.e. Wheelchair assistance, Oxygen, Meals based on dietary requirements).
- Monitoring new and existing requests on Sharepoint and Outlook, ensuring workflow is consistently maintained and up to date.
- Liaise with our International Case Managers & Linguists, Medical Team, travel agent TAI and various airlines.
- Other ad hoc duties as instructed by Senior Management.

Skills Required
You should be a highly motivated, results-oriented individual who is able to work independently under mínimal supervision with an attention to detail. You must speak English and have a telephone good manner. You must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Wages and Hours:
This is an expanding international office, and such we have vacancies currently open for the following hours:
Wednesday to Friday: 2pm to 10pm and Saturday to Sunday: 2pm to 10pm - 40 hours per week OR weekday evenings / weekend evenings on a part-time basis
