**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
You’ll be part of a global team working to elevate Plug and Play’s brand, scale our lead generation efforts, and build stronger alignment between marketing and sales.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Paid Media & PPC**
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social and search campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
- Own performance metrics and continuously improve ROI
- Work closely with regional teams to align targeting with pipeline needs
- Build and optimize nurture flows, newsletters, and event follow-ups
- Segment audiences and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion
- Support local and vertical teams on HubSpot best practices and automation
**Sales & Marketing Alignment**
- Collaborate with sales to understand lead quality, feedback loops, and pipeline conversion
- Help define and enforce lead scoring, handover, and follow-up processes
- Partner on campaign messaging and ensure sales has what they need to close
**Website & Content**
- Support basic updates and optimization of landing pages (no dev skills needed, but CMS familiarity is a plus)
- Help shape campaign pages and tracking setup
- Collaborate on content strategy to drive qualified traffic and leads
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- 3+ years in B2B marketing — ideally in a fast-paced, international or multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and HubSpot
- A growth mindset: you test, learn, and iterate
- Comfortable with reporting, analytics, and making decisions based on data
- Familiar with working alongside sales, and bridging communication gaps between teams spanning different geographies and time zones
- English language proficiency (C1 level or higher)
- Bonus: Some exposure to CMSs (e.g. WordPress, Webflow), Looker, or other marketing tools
