- Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Brindar servicios de recepción a los clientes.
- Coordinación con servicio de botones y gestión del personal.
- Ser una fuente de información para los huéspedes sobre diversos temas como medios de transporte, asesoramiento de planes para hacer en la ciudad o recomendaciones de restaurantes.
- Satisfacer las peticiones del huésped, aportando soluciones anticipadas, únicas y personales.
- Resolución de cualquier tipo de incidencia y/o causa de insatisfacción del huésped, antes de la marcha en su estancia.
- Procesamiento de pagos respecto a solicitudes de los huéspedes.
- Esta posición tendrá un peso importante como concierge, aunque hará otras tareas del área de Guest Experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Estudios finalizados relacionados con Turismo.
- Excelentes dotes comunicativas con una gran pasión por la atención al cliente.
- Persona detallista que se anticipe a las necesidades del cliente.
- Nível de resolución de incidencias rápida, capacidad de anticiparse a posibles problemas.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência previa trabajando como Guest Services Officer (preferentemente en hotel de 5*)
