As a **Senior People Partner (Sales) **you will:

- Engage and influence leadership to support and implement People initiatives within the Sales and Services teams
- Collaborate and partner with the People Team core departments (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Rewards and People Operations) on projects, programs and initiatives
- Support overall DEI Strategy by partnering with leadership on their DEI action planning and facilitate and support DEI initiatives as required.
- Build the business partner relationship with leadership and teams to understand the business, goals, and challenges; and identify and/or help to address systemic issues
- Educate and partner with managers on performance management, conflict resolution and employee development goals
- Proactively provide data-driven insights based on key people-metrics to enable leaders to make informed decisions around their organization and their employees
- Work with leaders and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance and internal alignment within teams and across the company
- Establish strong foundation with business teams to facilitate the growth and development of the business partner function

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, and/ or 5+ years in a People Partner partner role at high-growth technology company (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with Sales managers and teams (preferably both B2B and B2C)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment while ensuring strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex global business issues.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable navigating a demanding and high-performing work environment.
- Working knowledge of core People and Talent disciplines, systems, and processes including organizational design and effectiveness, change management, performance management, compliance, talent acquisition and total rewards and compensation
- Proven ability to influence all levels of the organization through trusting, respectful, and highly communicative relationships
- Ability to enjoy a “roll up your sleeves” environment and comfortable working with ambiguity and a changing environment
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information
- Great verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with giving and receiving open, constructive feedback in a way that fosters trust and respect
