- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: rotative Monday - Friday 9:00-17:00 or 11:00-19:00

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**
As an **Account Manager **in our team, you will:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
- Be responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to SLA’s & requested deadlines
**We’ll be a great match if you**:
- Are native or proficient in English
- Have analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
- Can operate in high pressure situations
