**ABOUT THE JOB**
We are looking for a Fire Protection Engineer to join the team of Nuclear Services in our offices in Madrid, Bilbao or Barcelona

These will be your main functions:
- Participation in international projects. Responsible for design, customization and surveillance of specific Fire Protection systems design for power plants within specified rules and guidelines:
- Carry out, calculate and/or coordinate the conceptual/detailed design of components and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, preparing the necessary documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, licenses, permits, and permissions governing the design, engineering, construction and operation of power plant.
- Ensure the quality of engineering and technical support services in conformance with established Programs, Policies, Processes, Regulations and appropriate contractual requirements.
- Development and review of documentation, drawings and reports of fire protection systems.
- Interfacing with the design engineers from different disciplines.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have studied industrial, mechanical Engineering or similar, with a related master’s degree.
- Have experience in experience in fire risk analysis and design of fire protection systems and installations in the industrial and/or nuclear environment
- Are willing to reside in France or go there for a week every month.
- Know how to work as part of a team and with technical rigor.
- Know how to work independently with an innovative spirit.
- Have an advanced level of English.
- Above all... are eager to learn in a multinational firm such as IDOM.
