We seek a **Strategy Consulting Manager**who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)- Proven leadership in strategic and business consulting, with over 5 years experience driving complex client projects, crafting impactful business cases, and aligning cross-functional teams toward common goals.- Exceptional analytical and strategic mindset, combining deep understanding of financial statements, risk and capital metrics, and banking products to identify opportunities and anticipate organizational impacts.- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, able to lead high-level meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and build trust with senior executives in financial, risk, and commercial banking areas.
