Buscamos un Experto en Marketing

La misión de un Project Manager es de asegurar la correcta ejecución de un proyecto liderando a los diferentes interlocutores interviniendo en el proyecto. El Project manager es responsable de los resultados del proyecto en termino de:

- Alcance
- Planning
- Costes
- Beneficios

Trabaja con el Sponsor para definir los resultados esperados y coordina los actores desde la definición hasta la implementación.

Las funciones principales son:

- Definir el alcance y los objetivos del proyecto con el Sponsor
- Definir e implementar el gobierno de proyecto (comités, etc..) así que el equipo de trabajo
- Definir roadmap, presupuesto y beneficios con el Sponsor
- Identificar los riesgos y establecer los planes de mitigaciones correspondientes
- Coordinar los recursos internos y los proveedores/terceros durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto
- Pilotar el diseño de los procesos, Customer Journey y de los planes de controles incluido los aspectos de Reporting y Data.
- Realizar un seguimiento periódico de los tiempos, Budget para identificar desviación y remediarlas.
- Desarrollar un plan de proyecto detallado para poder seguir el progreso
- Usar las técnicas de verificación apropiadas para gestionar cambios en el ámbito, el programa y los costes del proyecto
- Medir el rendimiento del proyecto usando los sistemas, herramientas y técnicas apropiados
- Informar y escalar cuestiones al sponsor y a dirección cuando sea necesario
- Gestionar la relación con el sponsor y todas las partes interesadas
