As a Coordinator at RE/MAX Princess, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Database Management**:

- Keep our property listings accurate and up-to-date, ensuring clients have the best options available.
- **CRM Excellence**:

- Manage and update our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration and usage by our agents.
- Train agents on CRM functionalities to optimize their performance.
- **Recruitment Support**:

- **Exceptional Customer Service**:

- Provide outstanding support to clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Marketing Contributions**:

- Assist with creative marketing initiatives, enhancing our brand presence both online and offline.
- **Administrative Efficiency**:

- Handle office supply orders, schedule meetings, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
- **Agent Support**:

- Assist agents with property listings and ensure all data is accurately entered into our systems.
- Coordinate visits for the agents and ensure they are well-prepared.
- Provide tactical support to agents, assisting with daily operations and problem-solving.
- **Property Owner Communication**:

- Call property owners to update listings and maintain up-to-date information on available properties.
- **Industry Relationships**:

- Maintain strong relationships with other real estate agencies, facilitating collaboration and information sharing.
- **Document Management**:

- Organize and maintain property files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Language Skills**: Must speak Spanish and English fluently. Additional languages such as French, Russian, Dutch, and Italian are highly desirable.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with basic office software.
- **Strong Communicator**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
