We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate bookings to our buyers brokers contacting hot leads. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements and qualify them from their needs.
We are searching for you who is energetic and result driven. We offer a basic salary on a _Spanish contract_ and bonus/commission.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Contacting clients signed up on our platform
- Use scripts to provide the correct information about our company and our service etc. and present a solution
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to have an online meeting with our buyers brokers
- Record the client’s personal information accurately in our system and follow processes
- Go the “extra mile” to meet booking quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Currently living on Costa del Sol
- **Fluent in either**: Polish, German, Dutch, French, Danish or Norwegian
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
