**How you will shape Prophero**:

- **Invoicing** and **Payments**: Execute invoicing and payments, helping with the development of policies to ensure smooth monthly closings and accurate reporting.
- **ERP** **Migration**: Participate in a major ERP upgrade project to enhance scalability in 2025.
- **Audit** **Preparation**: Prepare the company for a Big 4-standard audit by ensuring compliance and readiness from an accounting perspective.
- **Tax** **Reporting**: Manage quarterly and annual tax filings in compliance with government regulations.

**What you will bring to our team**:

- **Experience**: 4-10 years in Accounting, with experience in high-paced, hypergrowth environments being a strong advantage.
- **Spanish PGC Expertise**: Solid knowledge of Plan General Contable (PGC) and Spanish tax regulations (IVA, Seguridad Social, Impuesto de Sociedades, retenciones).
- **ERP Knowledge**: Familiarity with systems like Microsoft Business Central Dynamics and Holded. ERP migration experience is a plus.

- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
- **Location**: Based in Valencia, with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in-office, rest remote).
