FunPlus is home to KingsGroup studio who develops hugely popular mobile strategy titles including State of Survival, King of Avalon and Guns of Glory. In 2021 FunPlus acquired Imagendary Studios working on its first original AAA development.
**Your role**
Joining our rapidly growing Barcelona office, will offer incredible opportunity to be on the forefront of developing and contributing to a diverse team.
**Your responsibilities**
- Help realize the community plans in concert with the development team to span alpha, beta, and launch phases for the English-speaking markets.
- Work with the China Game Team on critical communications and funneling feedback from our growing community.
- Work with Studio, Project, and Publisher Leadership to integrate community plans into broader marketing strategies.
- Maintain an effective feedback loop that combines quantitative and qualitative reports
- Work closely with the game development team to stay current on changes.
- Monitor and assess community sentiment for FunPlus games, and pull together reports from forums and social media channels (English-speaking markets)
- Planned, drafted, and distributed community-focused content through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other channels.
- Help coordinate the Content Creator program.
- Create and foster a positive community experience for the English-speaking players
**Your profile**
- 8+ years of experience managing communities for live-ops environments in the gaming segment.
- English native preferred with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing feedback loops and communications for alpha and beta phases
- Demonstrable ability to address internal and external audiences effectively
- Proven ability to assess performance and creatively solve problems
- Strong comprehension of social media platforms, listening tools, and report building
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Highly capable problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Well-organized and detail-oriented approach
- Passion for gaming: Deep knowledge and passion for mobile video games, including an understanding of current market trends, player behavior, and popular community platforms. Play experience with FunPlus titles would be nice to have
- Fluent in any of the following languages: Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Russian or Italian would be a plus
