**Job Description: Restaurant Manager for High-End Hospitality Group in Ibiza**

**Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum**

**Location: Ibiza**

**Position Overview**:
Smyth & Co are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our high-end hospitality group in Ibiza. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our prestigious restaurants and ensure the seamless functioning of our distinct casual and luxury brands. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This senior-level position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational Management: Lead and oversee the daily operations of our high-end hospitality group, managing multiple luxury brands.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability across all brands.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of managers and staff members, ensuring adherence to company standards and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Guest Experience: Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of service, ambiance, and attention to detail across all brands.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain stringent quality control procedures to uphold the brand reputation and ensure consistent excellence in service, operations, and guest satisfaction.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports to evaluate the performance of each brand and identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and culinary, to develop and implement cohesive strategies for brand promotion, marketing campaigns, and menu enhancements.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role within the high-end hospitality industry, managing multiple brands.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Willingness to relocate to Ibiza for this role.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, including guest services, staff management, financial management, and industry trends.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels.

**Salary**: 40,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
