Integration and Power Platform Manager

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- ** Lead and manage** the Application Integration and Power Platform teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- ** Develop and execute** the enterprise integration strategy, leveraging Azure Integration Services to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
- ** Define, implement, and govern** a robust API strategy to enable secure, efficient, and standardized integration across systems.
- Drive the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies, particularly Agentic AI, to enhance automation and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration and automation efforts with strategic business objectives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders through high-quality documentation and presentations.
- Promote best practices in solution design, project management, quality assurance, and risk management across all initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Strong **background in API management** **and** enterprise** integration architecture.**:
- Demonstrated knowledge of, or strong interest in, the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven **experience leading technical teams** and successfully delivering cross-functional technology projects.
- Strong** leadership and people management capabilities**, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in a multinational corporate environment.
- Fluent in **English,** both written and verbal, with excellent presentation and documentation abilities.
- Experience working in large, global organizations is highly desirable.
