**The Consulting and Technical Advisory division of OCA Global **provides interdisciplinary technical advisory services aimed at supporting and assisting public administrations, banks and investment funds, project developers, industrial and service companies in their transition towards a better society and economy that are climate change resilient, sustainable, and decarbonized.

of OCA Global and the main functions and responsibilities will be:
**Functions and responsibilities**:
All tasks related to Electrical Engineering expertise such as conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering development for Power Plants (especially solar PV/CSP, wind, hydro, PtX, Battery Storage (BESS) and other renewable technologies), providing technical support in all project phases: project development, engineering design/review, construction, and commissioning, as part of the owners’ engineer and technical advisory team, including the following **tasks**:

- Engineering review, including technical revision and approval of the main project

design engineering documentation (Owner’s Engineering),
- Technical Due Diligence and Lender Technical Advisor reports, technology evaluation,

Operation & Maintenance, etc.,
- Technical support to the business development team.

**Work location**:
OCA Global offices in Spain in **Madrid **(preferably), **Barcelona **or **Sevilla**.
Main work will be developed office based but some short travel may be requested, on a
project-by project case, to project sites or clients offices in Europe and worldwide (mainly Africa, Middle East, Central Asia, and Pacific) as the activity of the Business Unit is global.

**Education requirements**:

- MSC in Electrical Engineering.
- MSC in Renewable Energy would be favourably considered.

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions.
- Experience in EMEA and LATAM regions are a valuable factor.

**Languages**:

- English and Spanish: Native or full professional proficiency. (Must Have)
- French and/or Arabic would be favourably considered.

**Other personal competencies**:

- Efficient communication, meeting organization and reporting.
- Proactivity and flexibility.
- Results and clients’ need oriented.
- Efficient problem resolution.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of commercial software for Electrical Design.
- Level Expert in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
