**What are we looking for?**

Blue Marketing is looking for a** Sales Assistant** to support the Sales team with daily operational tasks that enhance productivity and improve workflow efficiency. This role plays an important part in helping Regional Managers with prospecting efforts, scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating closely with the Marketing team to ensure all necessary materials are prepared for client interactions.

**Responsibilities**

- Assist Sales Managers with prospecting activities and initial client research.
- Schedule online meetings, calls, and events for the Sales team.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to request presentations, materials, and other assets ahead of client meetings.
- Prepare agendas, follow-ups, and meeting summaries as needed.
- Support Sales with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and timely processes.
- Maintain accurate information in the CRM and support data entry tasks.
- Ensure all meeting logistics and materials are prepared in advance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Clear communication and high attention to detail.

- Engish proficiency.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to support several Sales team members at once.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams while managing several requests simultaneously.
- Experience with CRMs, scheduling tools, and communication platforms such as Slack.
- Previous experience in administrative support or sales support is a plus.
