Comply with company standards with regards to uniform and personal hygiene
- Ensuring the main restaurant and the back area are clean and tidy at all times, and that tables and stations are set according to standards and ready prior to service.
- Ensuring full customer satisfaction and being always able to listen to any matters and complaints in an efficient manner. Communicate any problems, challenges, complaints, or service difficulties in a timely manner to the direct supervisor.
- Ensure all billing is accurate and processed correctly. All room service bills must be signed by guests. (with the exception to breakfast)
- Ensure that all mis en place is carried out for appropriate shift.
