Menhir Financial is a company that applies Artificial Intelligence to optimize processes and improve results, mainly focused on the banking sector.

We are building the next generation of technology for the management of NPL (non-Performing Loan) portfolios by combining machine learning models that already manage more than 800 million euros in loans. We work with first-level financial institutions.

We are looking for a Data Scientist eager to participate in the entire process of an Artificial Intelligence project: data analysis, cleaning, preprocessing, model development, hyperparameter optimization, backtesting and deployment.

You will face challenges to be solved and will have a deep impact on the final product. You will work in an agile environment, with incredible engineers who believe in our mission. We are looking for a data enthusiast who enjoys learning and building.

Tasks

**The job**:

- You will develop and deploy new AI models, which will be used to analyze portfolios, predict behavior results, decipher the marketing mix and increase business opportunities for our clients
- You will analyze data, obtaining graphs and relevant conclusions
- You will generate measurable impact in international companies
- We make technical decisions as a team, listening to each other to come up with good ideas.

- \+1 year of experience as a Data Scientist
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics or any other engineering
- Ability to analyze data in Python, obtain graphics and draw conclusions
- Ability to develop AI models in Python, knowledge of frameworks and advanced algorithms
- Knowledge of DB: SQL
- Knowledge of Git for version control and teamwork
- English

**We value**:

- Experience in Cloud
- Knowledge of CI / CD, construction and deployment tools (for example, Jenkins, Github Actions) and monitoring systems
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or containers in general
- Knowledge of DB: NoSQL
- Being familiar with financial platforms and investment jargon (ROI stands for Return On Investment)
- Having worked in fast-paced startup environments
- Other languages
