Scrum Team Lead

Desde Tadatic estamos buscando un perfil apasionado por la getsión de persona a través de las metodologías ágiles para una compañía internacional del sector de la Instrumentación Científica.
Formarás parte de un equipo internacional de más de 50 trabajadores, especializados en el desarrollo de instrumentos y dispositivos de análisis bioquímico. Con el objetivo de seguir mejorando el software de precisión que están desarrollando.
Tareas
- Dirigir tu scrum team trabajando en el desarrollo del software, planificando, preparando y gestionando los procesos scrum del equipo.
- Motivar y desarrollar a tu equipo para obtener el máximo rendimiento posible del mismo.
- Asegurar que tu equipo cumpla y aplique los principios agile.
- Ser la cabeza de un equipo multifuncional de unos 8 miembros (ej. Software developers, Agile testers, UX engineers).
- Coordinación con otros Leaders situados en otros países (Suiza y Eslovaquia).
**Requisitos**:
- Al menos dos años de experiência gestionando un equipo tecnológico como team lead, scrum master o agile coach.
- Conocer a fondo la metodología Scrum. Si tienes experiência, mejor, pero si conoces la metodología y te apasiona la parte funcional, se valora
- Competencia de liderazgo.
- Inglés fluido.
