**Offer description**:
Depenent del área de Projectes i sota la supervisió del Departament Financer de la Fundació, s’incorporarà a VHIO per responsabilitzar-se del seguiment comptable i administratiu dels contractes i subvencions (_grants_). Les funcions seran les següents:
Participació en el seguiment pressupostari dels _grants_:

- Elaboració i revisió mensual dels llistats de despesa de partida i grant i preparació de taules i resums d’execució pressupostària.
- Participació amb l’anàlisi del seguiment pressupostari dels _grants_ amb els investigadors i definició d’actuacions correctes (p.e: reimputacions, canvis de partides, pròrrogues).
- Interlocució amb entitats finançadores dels _grants_ per l’execució d’actuacions correctives en els pressupostos (p.e.: sol-licitud de canvis de partides, pròrrogues, etc.)

Justificacions econòmiques dels _grants _i presentació d’informes als finançadors:

- Previsió i control de terminis de presentació d’informes econòmics ja siguin parcials o finals.
- Assegurar el compliment normatiu de cada finançador per tal que la despesa imputada respongui a la normativa de la convocatòria o a les obligacions contractuals.
- Assegurar el complement normatiu referent a tota la documentació administrativa requerida pel finançador (p.e: contractes, licitacions, donacions, obres i construccions, certificats, etc).
- Suport a les revisions i auditories econòmiques externes dels _grants._

Altres:

- Mantenir un sistema d’arxiu electrònic i físic dels _grants_ actualitzat i organitzat.
- Participació en la definició de taules de derivació (lligar partida pressupostària amb pla comptable) amb l’equip de comptabilitat/finances.
- Mantenir la informació a SAP actualitzada.
- Donar suport als gestors de projectes en la gestió i incidències durant el cicle de vida del projecte i participar en la consolidació i adequat funcionament de la Oficina de Suport de la Recerca.

**Requirements (degree, experience, additional training)**:

- Formació nívell FPII (Tècnic superior en administració i finances) o Llicenciat en Ciències Econòmiques / ADE. Es consideraran altres titulacions en funció de l’experiència aportada i l’acreditació de coneixements bàsics de comptabilitat
- Experiència en departaments de gestió de projectes des de la vesant de gestió econòmica, pressupostos o comptabilitat.
- Capacitat d’organització, iniciativa i de treball en equip. A més, és important l’habilitat per a les relacions personals.
- Capacitat per implementar nous processos.
- Secundar els objectius de la organització; persona analítica i metòdica, que estigui enfocada en millorar processos i aportar idees.
- Coordinada amb altres persones de l’equip.
- Compartir la informació a la feina requereix un alt nívell de transversalització.
- Es valorarà bon nívell d’anglès, tan parlat com escrit.
- Altres: SAP, Office, Windows, Internet.
