¿Qué estamos buscando? Un **Project Finance Manager** cuyas funciones, entre otras, serán:

- Liderar la ejecución de transacciones a nível internacional
- Gestión de los asesores de las distintas operaciones
- Revisión/Ejecución de modelos financieros para Project Finance y M&A
- Análisis de oportunidades de inversión/desinversión en proyectos de energías renovables
- Análisis de sensibilidades financieras (principales variables, análisis de desviaciones, etc.)
- Elaboración de documentos de análisis y seguimiento para Comités internos
- Conocimiento del mercado de infraestructuras y mercado energético.
- Preparación de ofertas para subastas y PPAs
- Colaboración con el resto de equipos del Área Financiera y de Negocio

**Requisitos**:

- Mínimo de 8 años de experiência analítica relevante, preferiblemente en la industria de energías renovables u otro entorno impulsado por proyectos
- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Economía, Finanzas o Administración de Empresas
- Excelente inglés hablado y escrito. (C2 es imprescindible) Italiano/Francés es un plus
- Habilidades avanzadas de software de computadora, incluidos Excel, PowerPoint y sistemas financieros.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo, con múltiples prioridades y plazos ajustados
- Conocimiento de los principios y prácticas contables US GAAP
- Experiência internacional es un plus
