Se busca un profesional Project Manager/jefe De Obra, para la ejecución de proyectos de obra, con capacidad organizativa y dirección de equipos, habilidad social para el trato con el cliente, iniciativa, resolutivo. Con experiência demostrable en obras de reformas y rehabilitación de obra menor (restaurantes), experiência mínima de 3 años, así como dominio en autocad, presto, ofimática y todo software relacionado, nível de inglés alto hablado y escrito. Formación como Arquitecto Técnico, Ingeniero de la Edificación, o similar

su misión será ejecutar la construcción de los proyectos que se le asigne en plazo, coste y calidad así como el seguimiento de la evolución in situ, hasta el cierre del proyecto. Elaboración de planning de ejecución de las obras. Gestión con clientes, subcontratas y proveedores. Gestión de los recursos materiales y humanos. Gestión de certificaciones
