**The Project**
We are looking Store Design Specialist to contribute to the design and delivery of retail store projects by coordinating technical drawings, logistics, and communication to ensure a seamless and brand-consistent execution.
**What will the role entail?**
- Actively participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail store projects, shop in shop and franchise projects.
- Work closely with project leaders to support the successful development of each initiative, from concept through to completion.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers, ensuring that all technical and logístical requirements are clearly conveyed and met within deadlines.
- Prepare and develop technical drawings and layout plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand and project standards.
- Provide day-to-day support to project managers, assisting with documentation, timelines, follow-ups, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship from senior members of the department, gaining valuable experience across multiple areas of retail design and project management.

- Education Level: Architectural / Interior and Industrial Design.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in retal will be highly valuable.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
- Technical requirements: Excel and AutoCAD.
- Organized and collaborative person with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing project needs.
