**Head of Bulk Operational Sourcing Region South West (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will maintain and develop a set of KPIs which define the activity and help the team to achieve their roadmap and annual objectives
- As well you ensure coherence in the weekly production planning (using tools like O-TACT and H-TACT), guaranteeing alignment between production, transport and scheduling to optimize supply landed costs. Use strong documented processes followed meticulously
- You should supervise the crisis supply coordination during plant shutdowns, planned and unplanned, through alignment meetings, documenting all actions and quantifying economic impacts, discussing with competitors and aligning customers curtailing with sales when needed
- Also you oversee the execution of TACT initiatives, including X-Border projects, collaborating with Deliver and Production, monitoring savings and performance and managing that through Power Steering, with expected more than 30 projects running in parallel
- You are the responsible to coordinate the trailer allocation within the region BUs and plants, aligning as well with EMEA to optimize distribution cost efficiency. Coordinate centrally the associated fleet capex
- You should supervise the contracts signed with external transport companies, guaranteeing standards and alignment within the region and with EMEA, striving for X-Country synergies and maximizing links with TACT productivity generation
- Also you ensure the development of the Bulk Strategic Sourcing strategy and its operational implementation, through daily negotiations with competitors, strictly following the compliance guidelines guaranteeing a full alignment with the Bulk Strategic Sourcing Manager
- You will take the lead the regional Argon strategy within the region and align with the other EMEA RBU’s for its implementation. Avoid venting and maximize product value, including sales to competition
- You will coordinate the Inter Company transactions within the region and with other RBUs and control the invoicing of sales and purchases maximizing its accounting accuracy, manage the monthly month end of the cost allocation for FICO, generate the annual set of Shopping Cart and Purchase Orders and maintain them through the year
- You will drive the BU Budget Process combining TACT results with production, purchase, sale and transport, providing accurate figures to FICO on time
- You will be the sponsor of the Fully Automated Supply Chain for Deliver and Sourcing for the region, in alignment with the Business Units and the Productivity and Digitalization departments, in order to automate processes making them more robust and minimizing human errors, transforming waste in to added value and creating an online and flexible state-of-the-art supply chain which bocumes a reference in the industry
- Also you can effectively collect, interpret, and use data, driving digital transformation

**What makes you great**
- You bring 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally within the industrial sector, having managed teams of people in different areas of the supply chain i.e. scheduling, distribution or production
- Your oral and written communication skills in English are excellent for negoctiation and manage other european local languages
- Are you able to track record to show ability to analyze procurement data, quantify economic impacts, manage budgets, and ensure accurate cost allocation to support informed decision-making with visible leadership through technical competence
- You adapt to new tools and technologies with ease
- You can collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

**This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.**
