Optimanova is an international digital marketing agency based in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife, which was founded over 10 years ago by former Google employees.

As a certified Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Partner, we execute and manage successful campaigns in more than 10 languages for both national and international clients.

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager
Focus on SEM (M/F/d) to support our team

**Responsibilities**:
Concept, planning, and implementation of Google Ads campaigns
Management & optimization of campaigns according to predefined performance targets
Reporting and analysis as well as the derivation of recommendations for action
Keyword research, market analysis and competitive monitoring

**Search engine optimization**: On-page and off-page actions
Team leadership & task coordination
**Requirements**:
**Language skills**: fluency in English is a must (other languages are a plus)
In-depth SEO and SEM knowledge
At least 2 years of work experience in the field
Experience in Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics and Looker Studio
Experience in SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screamingfrog is an advantage
Experience in Social Media Networks (Facebook/LinkedIn Ads) is an advantage
Results-oriented, ability to multitask, work according to priorities and meet deadlines
Profound knowledge and secure handling of Google Ads and Google Analytics
Structured and responsible way of working
Strong communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
Personal initiative, innovative spirit and interest in digital trends
