Job Description**
**More specifically, you will**:
- Manage the lifecycle of change requests — registering, assessing, authorizing, planning, deploying;
- Assess and reduce risks to the availability, performance, security and compliance of the products and services impacted by the change;
- Develop processes for standard, normal or emergency changes;
- Develop methods and tools to automate change control processes to enable continuous integration;
- Minimize the impact of incidents on the business and coordinate the restoration of normal service as quickly as possible;
- Hold calls to ensure accurate and up to date information is available to the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders;
- Lead Management meetings to produce service improvement plans and root cause analysis;
Review the effectiveness of change implementation and identify and evaluate opportunities for the adoption of appropriate tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus;
- ITIL processes foundation certified (ITIL expert preferred);
- ServiceNow Fundamentals trained (CSA, ITSM certified preferred);
- Understanding of Agile fundamentals and Lean methodology.
Additional Information**
This position will be based at our office in Madrid.
