Our client who specializes in Engineering, Commissioning, and Technical Services throughout Europe on large-scale Construction Projects has an immediate need for an Instrumentation design engineer, who has a vast amount of experience in design and engineering, who has a proven track record in designing complex installation packages.
The Instrument Design Engineer will be responsible for the review and approval of the design deliverables on an industrial build along with a site installation role.We want to bring someone on board that has had previous exposure to instrument design on Large scale Industrial Projects, as well as knowing installation and commissioning phases.
You must have the right to work in the EU and/or the right to work in Sweden.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare DCS / ESD / F&S / CCTV / SACS PAGA System specifications.
- Prepare Instrument specifications & data sheets
- Prepare instrument cable schedule and termination detail drawings
- Prepare Installation Details and Hook Up Diagram
- Prepare Cause & Effect Chart, Control Narrative and System I/O Database.
**Requirements**:
- Hands-on experience of installation and advantage.
- BMS system experience
- Degree qualified in Instrumentation design or equivalent.
- 10 years’ experience working in with instrumentation with at least 5 years experience in design.
- Highly skilled electrical and instrumentation with some knowledge of mechanical disciplines
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in EI&C systems
- Knowledge of ABB control system an advantage
- You should be a team player with a degree of cross-skilling.
- Excellent computer skills.
- You will be required to complete all site-specific training before operating any equipment.
- Right to work in the EU
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work with individuals from different nationalities
