- This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading internet company's CEO office. Working closely with the CEO and local business leaders, you will take initiatives in the development of business strategies and operations across international markets.- Prior e-Marketplace experience, analytical thinking, data-savvy, excellent presentation skills are the keys to success.**Job Descriptions**
- Define marketplace operation strategies to facilitate commercial strategy and business growth
- Partner with commercial leaders to define and execute platform strategy, policies, processes and business system requirements
- Responsible for the P&L of market operations efficiency through cost allocation
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders across all teams including commercial, finance, campaign etc to execute the strategies defined
- Provide visibility as well as insights into the performance and health of the business including timely performance tracking through dashboards and business reviews

**Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in marketplace operations or 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in top-tier consulting firms
- Strong people management skills and the ability to manage and persuade at all levels of the company
- Ability to define, develop and lead projects in a fast-paced environment
- Structure thinking and analytical skills that can be leveraged to drive planning and execution of initiatives
- High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Fluency in English is a must, any additional European language(s) is a plus
