**En este puesto te encargarás principalmente de**:

- Coordinar las tareas de Social Media, Diseño, Comunicación, CRM y Ancillary en lo referente a la marca o región gestionada.
- Diseño e implementación del Plan de Marketing para su zona, según la estrategia corporativa definida por la Dirección de Marketing, en base al presupuesto y cumpliendo rigurosamente las deadlines de cada acción.
- Medir y analizar la rentabilidad de las acciones de Marketing lanzadas.
- Control y gestión del presupuesto anual, análisis de desviaciones y control de facturas.
- Protección de la integridad de la marca, auditoria de la imagen verificando que el hotel está alineado con la imagen corporativa y de marca.
- Desarrollo y supervisión de materiales In house (Directorios, papelería, cartas) y todos los materiales dentro del hotel donde aparezca la marca.
- Coordinar posibles acciones de PR para conseguir repercusión en medios del sector, medios lifestyle, redes sociales, etc. Así como la comunicación y Social media la gestión de crisis, implementación de campañas y facilitarles información relevante
- Tener presencia y consolidar relaciones con los principales medios de comunicación: Local, nacional e internacional.
- Generar propuestas y coordinar con comerciales eventos promocionales y acciones a llevar a cabo con TTOO así como revisar el texto e imágenes de sus folletos. Conocimiento de los mercados a nível de periodos de compras online y offline, segmentos de clientes, canales de ventas etc para proponer campañas puntuales para incentivar ventas.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios superiores de Publicidad y RRPP, Comunicación audiovisual o similar.
- Conocimientos del sector Turismo y del Negocio Hotelero.
- Disponibilidad geográfica completa.
- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés.
- Dominio de Adobe Photoshop.
- Posibilidad de Incorporación inmediata.
- Posibilidad de residencia en Marbella.
