Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Document information into patient record in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain timely patient flow
- Ensure that exam rooms are fully stocked and prepared for patient visit
- Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements
- Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider
- Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. EKG, PFT, etc.)

Minimum Requirements:

- High School diploma or GED is required
- Must be certified as a Medical Assistant and have CMA or CCMA certification from an accredited program
- Previous medical/clinical experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team as well as individually
