Due to our recent business expansion and facility growth, we are looking for a **Product Manager/Service Manager**with a scientific background to join our dynamic team.

As Product Manager, you will be the key internal driver of our bioanalytical service offering, bridging the gap between science and business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the internal marketing strategy for our bioanalytical services.
- Preparing technical proposals and quotations in coordination with our Scientific Director and Laboratory Managers.
- Managing direct client interactions to follow up on proposals and provide expert support.
- Participating in client meetings and company presentations to showcase our capabilities.
- Maintaining and optimizing data in our CRM platform.
- Creating promotional and technical marketing materials (website content, brochures, etc)
- Conducting ongoing technological surveillance to monitor trends and competitor activity
- Participating in scientific events and conventions

**What we are looking for**
- Scientific degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related disciplines.
- Experience in scientific marketing, or service/product management is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proactive, organized, and client oriented mindset.
- Knowledge and skills in IT and especially in CRM's will be an asset.
