**Descripción del Puesto: Principales Funciones**:
- Apoyo en análisis y due diligence de las oportunidades de inversión en los fondos de Private Equity y empresas en el contexto de transacciones primarias, secundarias y co-inversiones.
- Apoyo en análisis y evaluación de porfolios:
- Valuación de empresas
- Análisis y proyecciones de los estados financieros
- Comparar desempeño de las empresas cotizadas/no cotizadas.
- Seguimiento y supervisión de fondos y empresas en la cartera.
- Seguimiento y estudio del mercado internacional en Private Equity, incluyendo contacto periódico con los principales fondos globales.
- Investigación, alimentación de la base de datos y control.
- Apoyo al equipo senior de Private Equity.
- Colaboración con otras áreas de la firma para fomentar la gestión de la información, sobre todo con los departamentos de Business Development y Portfolio Analytics para la gestión de reporting.
**Perfil del Candidato/a**:
- Estudiantes cuya fecha de graduación sea el año 2026, en carreras como ADE, Economía, Ingenierías y similares.
- Demostrable capacidad analítica, resolución de problemas, espíritu critico y alta atención al detalle.
- Dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Imprescindible nível muy alto de inglés.
- Buen expediente académico.
