Local Prospector

** LOCAL PROSPECTOR (ANDALUCIA & EXTREMADURA)**

Our **Development Business Line** is looking for a **Local Prospector for Andalucia and Extremadura,** who will have the following responsibilities:

- Represent Voltalia before the local authorities and local stakeholders;
- Search for new sites for the development of photovoltaic and wind projects;
- Identification of land owners;
- Negotiation capacity of lease agreements, surface rights in rural areas;
- Support to the development team in administrative procedures;
- Prospection of possible local partnerships with the local authorities, providers to support the development of the projects.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 3 years of experience in greenfield development in Spain and in the identification and acquisition of land, permitting with local authorities;
- Good local network with grid operators (REE and distribution companies);
- Good knowledge of regulatory framework in Spain;
- Availability for national travels through Spain;
- This position can be based in Sevilla, Granada or Badajoz;
