**Your next career step**:
As a Solution Engineer Salesforce in our Business Solutions team, you’ll shape the future of how we work. Based partly in our Barcelona office (three days per week on site), you’ll partner with colleagues across departments to analyze business challenges and design workflow-driven solutions that streamline operations. From customizing Salesforce to integrating it with SAP and Microsoft 365, your work will unlock new ways for our teams to collaborate and deliver value. You’ll have the chance to combine technical expertise with creativity, balancing hands-on solution building with guiding external partners to ensure quality outcomes.
**Your Tasks**:
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into workflow-based solution proposals.
- Customize Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) to optimize business processes.
- Integrate Salesforce with SAP, Microsoft 365, and other business systems.
- Coordinate with external Salesforce developers and ensure quality standards.
**Your Profile**:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn requirements into solution concepts.
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
- Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certification preferred but not required
- Openness to continuous learning; suitable for early-career to experienced professionals.
