WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

In Rheinmetall Expal Munitions, we are looking for an Engineer to ensure the good quality of products, services and systems through a consistent quality plan and strong involvement from offer phase until delivery.

**Functions**:

- Lead product quality assurance activities (QFD, P/D-FMEA, iQCP, quality plan, requirement verification matrix completion)
- Lead NCC management and perform quality related methodological tools Problem resolution (root cause analysis)
- Support D&D PM, strong involvement in risk analysis
Provide feedback on quality issues on similar products or processes
- Strong involvement in Product Validation Plan (e.g. supervision of prototype testing)
- Coordinate the quality team involved in the D&D project
- GQAR Communication (in case of being appointed as Quality Contract Manager)
- Tender process: Quality Risk Management and Feasibility. Elaborate required Q-doc
- Develop Quality Plan (including contract requirements matrix, Final Test Plan,
- Deliverables, Risk Management)
- Manage and decide all product allowances and deviation requests
- Quality POC with factories (regular meetings) on product assurance issues
- Global Product Quality Manager. Lead high impact product Q/NQ issues from order release to customer delivery (root cause analysis)
- Analyze internal complaints related to HQ processes
- Manage NQC related to internal complaints (A-DEF)

**Location: Av. del Partenón, Madrid.**

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Engineering Degree (Ex. Industrial, Chemical...)
- At least 2 years of experience within the last 5 years, in some of the following fields: engineering, research, design, manufacturing or maintenance, management, quality assurance or control, process engineering
- English High level (B2)
- Use of other tools such as databases (PLM, Oracle SAP)
- Desirable: ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, Knowledge in Quality Statistics, QMS and control methods
