As **Regional Pricing Manager (all genders). **You will be working in our South West region, which manages pricing for ES, PT, IT, NL, UK, and IE.

Responsabilities:
- Own the commercial performance of pricing methods and settings by optimizing and monitoring
- Monitor local market conditions and the competitive environment and translates them into effective pricing strategies.
- Conducts reporting on pricing performance, covering various dimensions such as shop performance, pricing strategies, competitor actions, and market trends, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Monitor and Report Price Perception and develop strategies to improve Price Perception.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay updated on market pricing trends.
- Monitor and report on the performance of pricing parameters to shop and central management.
- Develop and implement pricing tests and experiments to optimize pricing strategies.
- Generate meaningful analysis to support decision making in pricing and other related topics
- Improve current and develop new tools and reports aiming to increase price setting quality for mass changes
**Qualifications**
- Professional experience in Category Management / Pricing / Controlling or another analytical department
- Business, Economics, or computer science college degree
- Very strong analytical skills in a commercial setting combined with passion for figures and big data
- Very good sales and marketing knowledge as well as comprehensive insights about processes of an online retail company
- Excellent understanding of pricing mechanism and marketing in a FMCG retail
- Expert in Excel. SQL experience a big plus
- Fluent in English
