**About the role**:
**What you can expect to do in the role**:
Key Responsibilities:

- As a Strategic Partner, you
- are responsible for the entire field of People & Culture
- develop & implement the People & Culture strategy based on senior management guidance
- execute HR planning, forecasting, and reporting
- execute office planning based on senior management guidance
- As a Change Agent, you
- identify and manage the implementation of new HR policies and processes or improve existing ones
- support the management in building optimal organizational structures
- identify and manage the execution or support change initiatives in the organization
- react fast and flexibly to changing circumstances and drive adaption fast, hands-on, and with a positive mindset
- In the daily Administration, you
- supervise or manage the employee lifecycle: From onboarding to offboarding, you always ensure the best experience and support all colleagues with words and deeds
- take care of HR administration: You take care of contracts, preparatory payroll, etc. and coordinate with payroll providers and tax advisors for the execution
- manage daily office administration & post and visitor management
- supervise or manage the administration of our HR tool “Personio” and continuously update and improve it
- manage the travel organization and approvals via TravelPerk
- keep track of the office and HR budget
- As an Employee Champion, you
- are responsible to oversee and improve the hiring process and employer branding to bring the best talents on board for fundcraft
- manage the Talent Development: You supervise or manage the professional and personal development of the team and a lively feedback culture
- implement measures to strengthen our company culture:

- We give great importance to team cohesion. You plan regular team events, workshops, and other culture measures to improve our team's engagement within the Company.
- Our corporate principles/values are the core of our culture: You develop measures to strengthen the culture across the company and reinforce the common knowledge of our mission and vision within our teams.
- ensure the support of employees on day-to-day questions and concerns

Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:

- You have at least 4 years of professional experience in
- the field of human resources in a high-growth company and/or
- strategy/management consulting (with a focus on HR, HR-related or organizational topics)
- You have the desire and drive to implement your own projects in the area of People & Culture
- You are tech-driven and able to administer or customize tools, such as Personio, TravelPerk, or Confluence
- Spanish: fluent level (spoken and written)
- English: fluent level (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

- You are motivated to research and study HR best practices and implement them practically in the company
- You enjoy inspiring applicants and colleagues
- You are a real HR all-rounder and want to shape the culture at fundcraft
