**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
- ** Lead high-impact advisory projects** for key players in the electricity sector—delivering strategic insights that shape the future of energy.
- ** Drive business growth** by identifying new consulting opportunities and cultivating a strong network of industry contacts and internal collaborators.
- ** Champion innovation** by designing and proposing R&D initiatives with clear scopes, budgets, and measurable outcomes.

- ** Take ownership of complex projects**, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables with mínimal supervision while ensuring client satisfaction.
- ** Support contract lifecycle management**, including follow-up on new solutions and services that add value to our clients and business.
**Your Background**:
- ** Educational Qualifications**: Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (Masters, PhD, MBA) are preferred.
- ** Extensive Experience**: minimum 8 years of experience in executing power systems studies and a deep understanding of electrical power systems. Proven experience in designing, understanding, and performing power systems studies with a consulting approach.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the electric power industry, market, systems, and equipment.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in power systems modeling, simulation, and analysis, with experience in software simulation tools such as PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, EMTP, PSCAD, RTDS, and the definition of various static and dynamic studies.
- ** Languages**: fluent level of English
