**ERNI** is building a global platform based on a Swiss mindset and adapted to the needs of local customers and works typically for headquarters of national & international market champions in defined Countries (CH, DE, US, SG,) and in selected domains (MedTech, Industry, Finance, Transportation).

We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer** to join a multinational and distributed agile team delivering modern web solutions for an international insurance company. You will work closely with developers, UX designers, and functional stakeholders to lead the requirements lifecycle and contribute to the success of complex digital products.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer or Product Owner in agile IT environments for digital products.
- Knowledge of IT project methodologies (Agile, PMI, SDLC).
- Strong experience in web-based projects with a frontend focus.
- Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work independently and structured.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and modern digital platforms and CMS (preferably AEM).
- Experience working in mixed agile teams with developers, UX designers, and QA.
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Fluent English (C1, written and spoken).**

**Nice to have**:

- Domain knowledge in insurance or financial services.
- Experience leading agile project implementations.
- Background in coor
